Keller Associates worked with the Rigby Urban Renewal Agency and Rigby Rodeo Grandstands Board to develop a new grandstand that adds seating capacity to the main arena. The Rodeo Board requested the new grandstand be located adjacent to and in likeness of the existing, but with enhancements for capacity as well as minimal maintenance requirements due to limited personnel.

COST: $206,876

PROJECT FEATURES:

  • Seating capacity for 720 people
  • 25-foot tall structure with 3,200 square feet of available covered space
  • Design includes wood members to match existing
    and simplicity of constructing
  • Bleachers are constructed of wood to meet owner’s desire, with added paint coating system for longer service life and minimal maintenance
  • Exterior includes the use of steel sheeting with enhanced coatings for longer service life and minimal maintenance
  • Concession facilities and storage capabilities area under seating
