• Keller Associates personnel served as project engineer • 20,000 square feet of warehouse and 5,000 square feet of office space • Design incorporated the use of concrete tilt up walls and steel braced frames for both lateral and gravity loads • Office space is primarily steel with cantilevered floor slabs and exposed steel to present a unique look to the building • Warehouse area also includes crane design to transport storage and equipment. • Construction completed 2005
