Imagine a firm where the client’s needs come first, where your desires and concerns become that of the firm. One individual had such a dream. Jim Keller left his position as vice president of a large multi-state engineering firm in pursuit of an environment where collaborative success and teamwork would take priority to company profits and individual recognition. In 1993 this dream transformed into a reality with the founding of Keller Associates, Inc. For 15 years we have served communities large and small—excelling not simply to meet our client’s needs, but fulfill their vision of what the future can be.

With close to 70 employees (34 engineers) and three locations throughout Idaho, we are able to provide engineering services to communities across the northwest. We specialize in water, wastewater, transportation, and site work—providing planning, design, and construction management services for infrastructure and public works projects in Idaho, Oregon, and Wyoming. Rather than quick-fix and partially planned projects—we analyze all possible procedures and solutions. Only after understanding all potential methods do we outline our plan of action to fulfill our clients needs.

When the firm principal and head project managers, a total of 7 engineers, meet together; they combine over 200 years of engineering experience, with an astonishing variety of experiences and solutions to overcome challenging projects. Almost any challenge or difficulty we encounter; be it one of environmental preservation, strict ITD standards, a pressing deadline, financial limitations; one or more have been there, done that. Through successful teamwork and thorough planning, we encounter the challenges and their solutions before taking the next step. This enables project completion ahead of schedule and complete client satisfaction.

"Over the years, I have worked closely with Keller Associates on a number of projects. We have found KA to be responsive and professional in their relationships and project approach. It has been my experience that KA provides excellent work and valuable insights, both within budget and on schedule.

I recommend KA to anyone facing the difficult decision of selecting an engineer for their particular project(s)."
