Steel, concrete office with warehouse. The use of steel and concrete were exposed to highlight structural aspects and provide unique look to building.

Services provided:

• Brandon Keller, now with Keller Associates, served as project engineer
• Design incorporated the use of concrete tilt-up walls and steel braced frames for both lateral and gravity loads
• Office space is primarily steel with cantilevered floor slabs and exposed steel
• Warehouse area also includes crane design to transport storage and equipment
• Use of steel braced frames increased open areas, allowing for unobstructed windows and viewing opportunities
