James L. Keller, P.E. Bio

Summary

Mr. Keller founded the firm in 1993 after working with another regional consulting firm for years. Throughout his 40 year career, he has helped numerous clients and communities with important infrastructure projects. Mr. Keller has earned a reputation for assembling and securing creative funding packages to implement projects for clients – grants, loans, matches, and other ingenious methods. This mindset of helping clients fund projects persists throughout the company today.

His involvement in community spans his entire career – serving on the Rexburg Planning and Zoning Commission for 11 years; providing key insight as a member of the Meridian Parks and Recreation Commission; and showing his support for education by serving on the Meridian School Board for six years. Mr. Keller believes that service and duty, bound with a philosophy of giving, can yield amazing results and unexpected rewards – his service has helped many communities, enriched countless relationships, and touched many lives.
