Summary
Mr. Kinzer entered
the engineering profession in 1969 after receiving his B.S. degree
in Civil Engineering. He has obtained professional registration
in Civil Engineering in a number of states. Over thirty years in
the profession has given him extensive exposure to and experience
in all aspects of design and construction of public works projects
large and small. He now serves as Chief Engineer for Keller Associates, bringing his extensive experience to all phases of planning, cost analysis, design and construction administration of public works projects including highways, structures, water systems and wastewater facilities. He is primarily involved in the design, specifications, contracts and construction of our clients’ more complex and challenging projects. Working with our engineering staff Mr. Kinzer provides guidance and mentoring to others on the engineering team to complete even the most difficult projects successfully for our clients. |
