Mr. Keller brings over 26 years of experience in city engineering, planning, budgeting, project management, design, technical writing, quality control supervision, and program preparation toyour projects. Mr. Keller's experience includes management of projects of all scopes and budgets, including multi-disciplined projects costing over $15 million. He is a skilled, exacting manager who has successfully managed projects with critical schedules and multiple disciplines. This experience has included wastewater collection and treatment facilities, water supply, transmission and distribution facilities, storm drainage, major pipelines, and major pumping facilities.

Mr. Keller has also gained extensive experience in the areas of political processes and contacts, public participation, planning and zoning, ordinance preparation, budgeting, parks and recreation through his public service experience as highlighted below.

• Chairman Rexburg Planning & Zoning Commission for 11 years
– Developed new comprehensive plan; citywide zoning through a
comprehensive public participation process for adoption of
comprehensive planning and zoning ordinances

• Dealt with many developments and zoning issues
– Meridian School Board Member for 6 years (Term as Chairman)
– Salary negotiations for 900 teachers and staff
– Annual budgeting for $90,000,000 budgets
– Numerous building and facility reviews
– Many land use and zoning negotiations and changes

• Meridian Parks and Recreation Commission for 8 years
– Major land purchase negotiations
– Development of new comprehensive Parks and Recreation Plan
– Master planning of three major park facilities for the city
